The client, an IT company from Cyprus, was looking for mobile app developers. They needed to develop a mobile app for dog lovers who want to work with dogs for a living. The application was supposed to give dozens of video tips on how to train a dog, track the progress, and share results.

The client came with detailed requirements and design prototypes of a few screens as an example. The deadline of the project was in 3 months, so our team was quickly mobilized. Within the first week we delivered a project team, including a project manager, a React Native developer, a PHP developer, and a designer.
Using Agile methods, we broke out the Backlog into one-week Sprints. Every week we demonstrated the results of the Sprint to our client and started the next step. The Agile methodology helped us to be right on time.

Technologies that meet deadlines
Since we were working under a tight schedule, we chose React Native and PHP. That saved time, since we were able to develop the app for both iOS and Android simultaneously.
